Dr. Olga Sarantopoulos was born in Athens and lives since her 2nd year of age in Vienna, Austria. Her roots are from Arcadia, Peloponnesus, the island of Sifnos and Asia Minor.
She holds a Master of Philosophy, Diploma of Translator and Interpreter of the University of Vienna, Austria, in German, French and Spanish.
Proficiency Diploma in English and has knowledge of Arabic and Russian.
In 1991 she received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Medical School of Vienna University and is a Specialist in Internal Medicine (Vienna University) and a Specialist in Cardiology and Vascular Diseases (University Hospital of Paris- HEPG).
Dr Sarantopoulos is a Lecturer in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and has contributed to several medical publications.
Dr Sarantopoulos is the President of the Hellenic Society of Austria since 1991, President of the Coordination Board for the Implementation of Federation in Austria.
and Vice President of the Biomedical Society ŤAsklipiosť.
She is also Deputy-Secretary General of the Austrian-Omani Association,
Honorary Adviser to H.E. The Minister of Health of Oman.
and Honorary Adviser to the Austrian Ministers of Health since 1991 to official delegations to the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman.
Dr. Olga Sarantopoulos has contributed significantly to the promotion and projection of our Hellenic culture.
She is currently the Secretary of SAE (SYmboulio Apodimou Ellinismou)
